Business Networking Platform for Little Rock Metro

The Challenge
A Little Rock Metro business networking group was running the heart of its operation — referrals, attendance, one-to-one meetings, and dues — through manual logs and disconnected tools.
Members kept track of their referrals by hand, accountability was hard to measure, and there was no single place that showed the group whether networking was actually turning into business.
The Goal
Give the group one platform that does two jobs at once: a public-facing site that attracts and registers visitors, and a private portal where members manage relationships and the group measures results.
Make accountability visible — so members could see their own progress and directors could see the health of the whole network.
What We Built
- Public site with member directory and visitor registration
- Private member portal with referral pipeline management
- Visual tracking from contact to closed business (TYFCB)
- Meeting attendance and one-to-one networking logs
- Personal and network-wide analytics dashboard
- Automated email notifications for referral activity
- Director-level application approval and role-based access
- Payment processing for membership dues
The Outcome
Created a comprehensive platform that transforms how members track referrals, manage relationships, and measure networking success — replacing the manual logs members used to keep by hand.
